Here are the rules:

Clans to join:
TreeClan (like ThunderClan)- lives IN the trees, strong, sneaky, brave, fierce, warm-hearted, preys on birds, mice, voles, squirrels, and other rodents.
AirClan (like WindClan)- fast/swift, strong, lithe, finicky (sp?), lives in a spiral-shaped canyon at the foor hills of a mountain, preys on rabbits, birds, and occasionally mice and voles along the riverside.
AquaClan (like RiverClan)- lives on an island completely surrounded by water, great swimmers, graceful, enjoys the beauty of the water, calm, preys on fish, mice, and voles.
GroundClan (like ShadowClan)- lives in a cave system with a big hole in the center of the roof (with a puddle of water underneath of that), (usually) evil, alway blamed (usually responsible) for the trouble, sneaky, deceiving, preys on moles, voles, mice, birds, rabbits.

No bad language.
Cats have to be realistic.
Respect the cat of a high rank than you
-For warrior ceremonies: The Clan leader must be present, along with the apprentice and mentor
-For apprentice ceremonies: The Clan leader, the kit to be made apprentice and a warrior (the leader of the Clan will contact the warrior via note if they are chosen to be the mentor) must be present
If you make a character that is a leader, medicine cat, or deupty, do not abandon the board. Those are important cats in the Warriors world.
